Terms and Conditions

The client, as a result of this agreement, agrees to abide by our Guidelines and not to use the site, the content, or any part thereof in any manner not expressly permitted by the law. We welcome all our clients to Supportonic where our services will be provided as per transactional agreements as we urge all our clients as well as ourselves to adhere to the Terms & Conditions to avoid unnecessary altercations that could result in lawsuits.

Supportonic urges all its stakeholders to properly read and reflect upon the following Terms & Conditions that outline every legal binding that is applicable for every stakeholder.

For anyone looking to sign a contract with Supportonic, a few things are necessary to keep in mind. As our client, you will need to provide documentation for your business organization. You will also need to have the power to enter a binding contract. It would help if you did not have any outstanding lawsuits that might bar you from signing agreements. You are required to be a resident of the country where the Site is available.

Finally, the client needs to confirm that any registration information that is submitted to Supportonic is true, accurate, and not fabricated. This code of conduct is to be upheld and maintained at all times during the tenure of the contract.

Agreement Modifications and Adjustments

Supportonic holds the full right to make adjustments to the Agreements. The client is therefore requested to stay updated on the changes and modifications. As a client using our services during the changes, your acceptance and agreement will be applicable without your approval. Your tenure working with Supportonic will continue as per the contract in compliance with these agreements.

Rights granted to the client.

Supportonic and our affiliations grant you complete cooperation if related to our services. The contract shall remain in effect until terminated by either stakeholder. The client must agree that they are using our services for their own personal or commercial use and that they will not utilize our services for pursuits that are otherwise illegal and punishable by law.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other Supportonic brand features are the sole property of Supportonic. The Agreement does not grant you any rights to use the Supportonic Brand whether for commercial or non-commercial use.
Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Agreements, Supportonic gives no right, title, or interest to you in the site or content.

Rights You Grant Us

In consideration for the rights granted to you under the Agreements, you give us the right to allow the Supportonic Services to use whatever means there may be to carry out the operation of the Service and provide advertising and other information to you via newsletter. In any part of Supportonic Services, the content you view, including its selection and placement, may be influenced by commercial considerations, including agreements with third parties.

For example, some content licensed, provided to, or otherwise made available by Supportonic may contain advertising as part of the content. In such cases, Supportonic will make such content available to you unmodified.

Third-Party Applications

Supportonic is integrated with third-party applications, websites, and services, including but not limited to WeTransfer, PayPal, Dropbox, and Google Drive, to facilitate our processes. These Third-Party Applications may have their own terms of use and privacy policies and your use of these Third Party Applications will be governed by and subject to such terms and conditions and privacy policies. You understand and agree that Supportonic does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of any Third-Party Application or for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third-Party Applications.

User Guidelines

Supportonic respects intellectual property rights and expects you to reciprocate accordingly. Therefore, we have established a few ground rules for you to follow when using the site and our services to ensure that Supportonic may continue to provide uninterrupted and undeterred services.

The following situations are not acceptable to us and will violate the user guidelines.

Copying, redistributing, or claiming anything on the Supportonic website is strictly forbidden as it is in the agreement.

Selling, renting, sublicensing, or leasing any part of the Supportonic Services Is prohibited.

Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained on or provided through the Supportonic Services.

Intellectual Property

Supportonic respects the rights of intellectual property owners. However, if you believe that any of our content does otherwise, please contact us at office@supportonic.com.

Customer Support

Supportonic provides round-the-clock customer support for all its clients and will do its best to resolve any issues or queries you may have. We do not guarantee the ability to resolve every matter but we will try our best and do what’s within our power to reach a mutual resolution.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment and Extended Credi

Supportonic charges clients in accordance with the agreement in the contract. The only acceptable method of payment we accept is through bank transfers depending on the contract. All expenses will be agreed upon in advance.

Quality Guarantee & Refunds

Supportonic will attempt to deliver the performance in compliance with international standards. However, if it so happens that you feel the result is inadequate, we will provide an open ground for feedback and suggestions. We highly anticipate opportunities to improve our services at all times.

If you believe you are entitled to receive a refund of any payments made to Supportonic, please contact Customer support.


Prices may vary for services, and Supportonic may change the set prices for contracts and will communicate any price changes to you before confirming. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by signing the contract after the change takes effect. Supportonic reserves the right to assess our costs periodically, which will affect relevant services. We may not notify clients about the changes as they will see the price before confirming contracts.

Promotional Offers and Discounts

Supportonic does not provide any discounts or waivers to clients whatsoever since our prices are set through agreement and we believe in a payment method that is fair and stable for every client regardless of their collaboration with Supportonic.

Turnaround Time and Deadlines

Supportonic is very strict about turnaround times and will strive to maintain order deadlines. Deadlines may be missed unexpectedly due to unavoidable circumstances and in such cases that are beyond the reach of Supportonic, we apologize with utmost sincerity.

Third-Party Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the owners of the Content and certain distributors are intended beneficiaries of the Agreements and have the right to enforce the Agreements directly against you.

Other than as set out in this section, the Agreements are not intended to grant rights to anyone except you and Supportonic, and in no event shall the Agreements create any third-party beneficiary rights. Furthermore, the rights to terminate or agree to any variation, waiver, or settlement of the Agreements are not subject to the consent of any other person.

Entire Agreement

Other than as stated in this section or as explicitly agreed upon in writing between you and Supportonic, the Agreements constitute all the terms and conditions agreed upon between you and Supportonic and supersede any prior agreements concerning the subject matter of these Agreements, whether written or oral.


Supportonic may assign the Agreements or any part of them and delegate any of its obligations under the Agreements. However, you may not assign the Agreements or any part of them, nor transfer your rights under the Agreements, to any third party.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted with International law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the International courts.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Supportonic harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of: (1) your breach of this Agreement; (2) any activity in which you engage on or through the Supportonic Site; and (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.


The privacy policy set by Supportonic is available on the Privacy Policy page, which is incorporated by this reference. Supportonic strongly recommends that you review the Privacy Policy closely before signing contracts.
